About the speaker
Burton W. Lee, MD is the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Medical Benevolence Foundation (MBF). Prior to this role, he served as the Head of Medical Education and the Head of Global Critical Care at the National Institutes of Health and Professor of Medicine at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He is also a Co-Founder and President of Global Critical Care Collaborations (GC3). He and his family served with Africa Inland Mission at Kijabe Hospital and co-founded the Emergency Critical Care Clinical Officer (ECCCO) training program during his 6 year tenure.
