About the speaker
Dr. Eldridge graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and biology in 1981. He obtained his master’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Louisville in in 1984. He performed medical research for two years then attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine and obtained his Medical Degree in 1990. He completed his Specialty in Pediatric Medicine in 1993 from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. In 1994, God led Dr. Eldridge and his partner to open Physician Associate of Floyds Knobs, LLC, and he became a managing partner of a six physician multi-specialty primary care office in Floyd County, Indiana. Dr. Eldridge served as Chief of Pediatrics in 1996 and Chief of Obstetrics and Pediatrics in 2005 at Floyd Memorial Hospital. He served on the Board of Trustees of Floyd Memorial Hospital from 2007 to 2013. In 2013 Dr. Eldridge received his master's degree in business. In 2015, Dr. Eldridge published his book, Passionate Parenting: A Guide to Healthcare Professionals. Dr. Eldridge retired from pediatric practice in 2022.
In 2022, a divine appointment led Dr. Eldridge to Teach To Transform (TTT) where he now serves as a Vice President and a Co-Regional Director for Africa. He has been married to Janet Eldridge for 36 years, they have two adult children and one granddaughter.
