Shepherd’s Staff is a church-centric missions organization, meaning that we look to a sending church to provide accountability, direction, and general strategy oversight to her sent-out ones. Medical missions is a valuable avenue for serving the nations! 

At Shepherd’s Staff, we strive for robust partnership between church and missionary. Shepherd’s Staff provides W2 employment, processes donor gifts, provides access to insurance and retirement planning, offers security consultation, and supplies other practical logistics. We offer coaching to churches on how to send and sustain their workers well, as well as missionary training as needed. Our staff has breadth and depth of missions experience overseas, which enhances our administrative services.
