Obstetrics

As our patients know, traveling near your delivery date is risky, and closer is better. All of your OB care is available right here in your own home community. Dr. Yolanda Yoder, Dr. Sean Salés and Dr. Karen Farris deliver babies at IU Health Paoli Hospital so that your office care flows smoothly with hospital services.

Mental Health Care

We are happy to have licensed mental health therapists Teresa Faulkner, Brandy Terrell and Sherrie Anderson on staff. In order to better treat the whole individual, both physically and mentally, SICHC uses an integrated care approach so your doctor and therapist can work together to help you feel better.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our additional services include, chronic disease management, pediatrics, addiction management, sports medicine, nutrition & lifestyle, CDL exams, in-patient care, nursing home care, translation services, insurance navigator assistance, transportation and dental care.

Access to high-quality professional services is of utmost importance but we are acutely aware of the financial hardship health care access can create for some patients.  In addition to navigator access we offer a sliding fee scale for under-insured or uninsured patients, as well as payment options that are best for your household.
